Whats for my breakfast???

Wah.. Lama jugak haku tak hapdate... Sorry readers, berat tak berapa nak turun, so haku pon malas gak la...

But today, i'm proudly to annouce that since 1 week, i manage to drink at least 2.5 litre plain water per day, for this 7 days! Haih, though act taw for me to take such an amount of water.. Also, i'm able to avoid cold drink.. Yeay! Thanx for the supports guys..

Therefor, my current weight was now 98.2KG ! well, nampak cam sikit jerkan berat turun, tak sampai 2Kg pon.. But dat means a lot to me.. Since ader satu satu hari tu my weight wuz 97.6KG, tapi cannot counted in lar coz 1 hari jerrr..

Heheheheh Sekarang nee, makan malam dah tak berapa heran sangat.. tapi tea time mesti kene amek (around 4pm).. Tengah hari makan buah..

Cumer problem besar.. Breakfast..

Since Tekno SME1 nee pagi2 lagi ada Nasi Goreng, Mee Goreng, Kueteow Goreng, Maggi Goreng, Macaroni Goreng and Nasik Lemak, aku pon selalu amik these kind of food la.. Roticanai pon ada taw.. Jiwa belum cukup kental lagi nak breakfast roti jer (macam Irwan.. Heheheh)..Kuih Muih pon banyak..

Cemana korang pikir? What should i take?
