7 hari selepas...

Alhamdulillah.. 7 hari berjaya dilalui tanpa sebutir pun nasik!
Huwaaahhh.. Macam tak percaye jer kan?
Selama nee ingatkan takleh hidup tanpa nasik, tapi silap besar laa beb.. Asalkan semangat kental, InsyaAllah boleh buat punyerla! Chaiiyokkkk2!!

Lupekan sekejap perihal dietku ituew (sebab rase ader orang2 dah start2 raba dompet dalam poket seluar diaorang cukup ke tak nak bayar nanti.. muahahahah)

So, semalam akhirnya setelah beberapa kali perancangan untuk bertemu tidak menjadi.. Akhirnya haku dipertemukan jugak dengan si cantik manis pemilik diri yang bernama Izan.

Berbaju serba hitam ngan spec ala2 diva dia, she look so gorgeous! ;) (ayat nak mintak belanja wayang lagik.. heheheh) nee 1st member pompuan dalam Skype yang aku jumpe.. Menggelabah jap haku (walaupon nak kuar ngan pompuan jer sebenarnya, ngalahkan nak kuar ngan Iqram Dinzly plak.. kekekeke) sebab rase kat Skype muke cam lain sket.. hehehehe

Jumpe kat Nailis, terus naik kereta aku pi MBO Ampang.. Memula nak tgk Angels and Demon, tapi sekali 18PL daa.. Izan bawak anak sedara dia yang cute bernama Arul (yes, a guy but no worries baru umo 13 tahun hikhikhik) terpaksela kami menonton citer U rated. Tak lain tak bukan, Star Trek jerla yang tinggal.. Hahahaha

2 jam seyes tak lama.. sekejap giler haku rase.. (menunjukkan citer ituew sangat best pada haku..) Opss belum masuk sessi2 lepak kami kat kedai makan tepi wayang tue selama sejam setengah sebab movie start kul 4.00pm.. Aku ader gak ajak Izan gi karaoke tapi dia segan.. (awoook la Izan, segan2 kuchen plak dia.. hihihihi)..

Eh, kat kedai tue kitaorang tak makan yer ..duduk2 sambil borak2 melayan si Arul ngadap nasik daging blackpepper dia (aku dan Izan yang jugak sedang berdiet samer2 menelan air liur nengok nasik si Arul.. Muakakakakak)..




Jam 6.30 lepas snappy2 pics kami pon berpisah.. Huhuhu sedey jugakla rase kejap jer kiter kuar, kan Izan.. Takpe2 lain kali leh kuar lagi, InsyaAllah.. Jaga si Purple tu baek2 eh.. Nice to know a girl like you and hope we can be frens forever.. muah3.. (eceh ayat hemo dah kuar.. hiihihih)

Tickerku dihapdate!

Salam.. Selamat pagi semua..

Hari nee aku update Ticker (Progress penurunan berat kat atas tue..) specially for Phase II Project.

Date aku start dari 05-05-2009 dan akan berakhir pada 22-07-2009 officially.

Berat pulak starting dari 98.0 KG dan berat target adelah 75.0 KG

Yer aku tau x sampai lagi ke berat ideal, tapi atleast dalam 2 bulan nee aku cuber sampai ke berat tue untuk dapatkan hadiah berupa wang tunai berjumlah rm500 .. Hahahahaha

Tak bermaksud lepas 2 bulan tue aku stop diet okay.. Aku cuber nak diet giler2 dalam 2 bulan nee, tgk aper progress.. So far puas hati jugakla sebab dah 2 kilo turun.. :)

Esok dan Ahad adelah hari paling mencabar.. Ini first time aku nak menghadapi cuti (weekend) semasa aku dalam progrem diet nee.. Ya Allah, kuatkanlah semangat aku...InsyaAllah.. =)

Phase II

Project nee start Isnin, 11-05-2009 dan akan berakhir pada Sabtu, 11-07-2009.
Sebelum2 nee yang korang tgk aku makan mengarut2 (xde rupe orang nak diet tue) untuk Phase I.

Hahahah Last week trial 3 hari tue tak berapa berjaya la, sebab hari ke-3 Jumaat malam aku sampai kampung jer mak aku dah hidang nasik ngan ikan siakap 3 rase, ngan sambal sotong, dan jugak kailan ikan masin... Hahahahaha Tapi thanx to Wan jugak la.. berjaya aku tak makan nasik 2 hari setengah.. :P

So, my menu untuk 2 bulan nee :

Pagi : Kuih 2 ketul / Roti sandwich sardin 2 keping / Bihun 1/2 pinggan /
Kueteow 1/2 pinggan
: Teh tarik (aku masih belum berjaya
untuk tak minum teh tarik ne.. Huhuhuh)

Tengahari : Tak makan

Dinner : Ayam grilled 1/4 ekor (hahhahah Chicken Matby nee) / Bihun
tomyam ayam / Sup sayur bertelur

: Ataupon tak makan

Air kosong : Atleast 2 liter

Update: Rabu 13-05-2009 : 96.3kg

Jadi tgh hari sekarang nee aku biase bace novel dan teman bebudak nee makan jer..
aku rase lama2 nanti obvious pulak nampak aku sorang tak makan...

3 hari trial tanpa nasi

Irwan (opis clique) cabar aku utk x makan nasik selama sebulan.
tapi aku mintak trial day 3 hari start hari nee (Rabu) sampai Jumaat.

Pagi tadi bekpes Bihun Goreng.
Tengah hari aku amek Bihun Sup..
Malam nee aku cadang takmo makan, tgk camner.
Haila... Berusaha..
Seram pulak aku tengok countdown timer kat atas tue...
